Job description:
An organization in manufacturing and distribution is looking to hire a Project Manager -Property Development & Construction Management .The job exists to provide oversight and management for a range of property development projects. This role is key in ensuring regulatory compliance, selecting appropriate service providers, effectively controlling budgets, managing project timelines efficiently, and preventing scope creep to ensure the successful completion of these developments.
Responsibilities:.
- Oversee the progress of multiple property development projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Select and manage relationships with service providers and contractors
- Control and manage project budgets effectively
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and control scope creep in projects.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Town planning or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development or a similar role.
