Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. – Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
– Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.
– Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
– Act as a central point of contact for project-related communications.
– Support the project team in resource allocation, task assignment, and scheduling.
– Assist in quality assurance and project testing processes.
– Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
– Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
– Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
– Proven experience (X years) as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
– Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:
