Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that seeks to create safe and conducive violent-free environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key & Vulnerable Populations in Zimbabwe.
Action for Youth Foundation Trust is looking for a Programs Coordinator who will be leading in implementing Action for Youth Foundation Trust’s projects activities in the district of assignment at voluntary basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Conducting registration of recipients of care in the database.
- Conducting trainings with different recipients of care, religious leaders, stakeholders & caregivers.
- Providing support and supervision to the Programs Assistants & Counselors in the district of implementation.
- Activity and quarterly report writing and submission.
- Finance requests, program execution, and liquidation in accordance with the organization’s finance procedures and timelines.
- Facilitating Stakeholder engagement.
- Attending the District Stakeholders Reports Meeting led by other partners.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least a Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, Psychology or any other social science is a must.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- CPD Certificate in NGO Management, Project Management or M&E or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Recent graduates are the most preferred.
- Currently living in Rusape District.
