Our client within the mining industry based in Kwekwe, is looking to recruit a qualified and competent Production Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate must meet the minimum requirements that are listed below and possess the skillset and experience to execute the key responsibilities that follow.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Workflow Analysis/ Design – analysing and designing the most efficient workflow paths.
• Production planning based on sales demand/forecast and optimum operational efficiency and use of raw materials.
• Coordination of the production of finished goods according to the organisations SHEQ and efficiency standards including administration duties.
• Systems Documentation – compilation, implementation, and review of systems.
• Implementation and maintenance of standard maintenance and servicing schedules and systems.
• Workforce Management and efficient labour productivity.
Minimum Requirements
• An HND or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/ Industrial / Process System Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a Process related Industry.
• Management/supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical, and organised.
• Knowledge of MS office 365 packages.
• Prepared to work under minimum supervision.
• Prepared to work weekends/holidays as and when required.
