Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our engineering production operations in Bulawayo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Ensure quality control and assurance in all production processes.
- Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Manage and maintain production equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements:
- Aged 45 and above
- Qualified Artisan Boilermaker with a recognized certification
- At least 10 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in an engineering environment
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
