Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the following post within a Group company – an equal opportunity employer.

Key Responsibilities
Business development in the PCO Segment, with a special focus on High Street, and Walk-in/cash customers.
Establishment and management of an effective customer database system.
Carrying out promotions in high street, including Micro-Marketing.
Assistance with product training of retailer sales people in-store, including post-training evaluations and training needs analysis.
Assisting with EOL Administration including contracts and asset register. This includes POS material such as signage and forecourt mid-signage.
Reporting on customer complaints and feedback in the segment.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of HP Lubes PCO strategies and advising accordingly.
Carrying out customer surveys in the respective segment.
Any duties as may be assigned by HP Lubes management.

Job skills and Competencies
Unquestionable integrity and commitment to duty.
Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and beyond stipulated hours.
Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.

Requirements and skills
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Tertiary qualification in mechanical, automotive or chemical engineering.
Clean Class 4 Driver’s License.
At least two years’ experience in the related field.
Practical exposure to any engineering setup and technical selling would be an added advantage.
