PROCUREMENT OFFICER
An engineering company based in Harare is looking for a Procurement Officer to join their esteemed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintaining good supplier relations.
2. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
3. Managing purchasing processing.
4. Overseeing inventory levels to ensure the company has the necessary materials and supplies.
5. Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. A diploma or degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
2. A professional qualification such as CIPS or equivalent isan added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
1. At least 3 years’ experience in engineering procurement and stores management
