Job Description:
Designs, implement and support infrastructure for ICT products & services in line with latest standards, trends, legislation and technology to drive innovation for new products, business lines and technology for TelOne’s product portfolio.

Duties And Responsibilities:
Leads The Design, Implementation And Technical Support Activities For ICT Infrastructure And Platforms For Production Processing Environment Including Governance, Incident Management, Problem Management And Change Management.
Oversees The Installation, Maintenance And Support Applications And/Or Its Components And Subsystems, Including 3rd Party Software.
Analyzes And Resolves Incidents, Problems, Or Known Errors Related To Failures In Application And Supporting Hardware And Software Components.
Creates And Maintains Complete Documentation Relative To The Support Of ICT Infrastructure And Software.

Leads In Providing Twenty-Four-Hour Support For Hardware, Applications And Supporting Software.
Creates And Continuously Updates Management’s Product Prioritisation Matrix And Processes That Utilize Standard And Up To Date Benefits Analysis Technics To Determine The Magnitude By Value And Complexity Of The Product/Project Build.
Investigates And Explores New Technologies For Potential Application Within TelOne Product Or Service Portfolio And Adjacent Spaces, Driving Market Leadership And Portfolio Expansion.
Leads In The Implementation Of ICT Infrastructure And Platforms For New And Existing Products And Services.

Develops Tools & Systems To Determine And Measure Digital Services Project Success Criteria To Assist In Prioritization And Ongoing Success Tracking.
Leads In The Preparation, Presentation And Defense Of Discovery Analysis, Recommendations And Business Cases To Management For Investment Decisions.
Leads The Digital Services Team Through A Performance Management And Development Process.
Completes All Other Related Tasks As And When Required.

Qualification And Experience:
A Degree In Business / Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Systems Degree Or Equivalent.
Post-Graduate Degree /Diploma Is An Added Advantage
3 Years’ Experience In Business Lines Analysis Preferably In An Information Communication Technology Environment
Experience In Service Delivery Management And Product Development.
Experience Of Data Analysis, With A Good Knowledge Of Relevant Tools And Methodologies
