Job Description
This role is responsible for managing and developing a specific building to achieve performance targets. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through the efforts of others, over periods of up to 3 months.
Analyses and generates specific tactics to improve performance of building/portfolio such as building strategy, redevelopment, sales, leasing plan approvals.
Prepares and controls property budgets.
Manages rent collection, recoveries, tenant installations, expenses & arrears.
Mandates current and upcoming vacant spaces.
Attending court as expert witnesses for rental and other property legal dispute matters
Preparing and presenting portfolio performance reports to property owners (monthly/ quarterly as required)
Representing Property in client meetings
Handling client (both tenants and landlord) queries
Client experience and managing client relations.
Portfolio strategy and recommendations on refurbishments, repurposing, redevelopment and even disposal.
