The Job:
Drafting rules and policy documents for all new business to ensure clients have adequate contractual documents
Preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations in liaison with the Business Development Manager.
Preparing quarterly/half yearly and annual Board of Trustees packages for Group Pension Schemes in liaison with the Administration Department & Business Development Manager
Scheduling and attending Board of Fund meetings and ensuring all action items and deliverables are met
Handling Broker or Consultant relations.
Preparing quotations in liaison with Actuarial Department & Business Development Manager.
The Person:
A Bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance, or a business-related degree.
At least one year experience in an insurance or related environment with an understanding of long-term insurance and related regulations.
Highly analytical skills required to interpret Financial and Investment Reports
Ability to market new business through preparing proposals and doing new business pitch presentations as well as maintaining relations with existing clients.
Excellent team player.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in MS Office tools and related business software.
