Reports to the Chief Executive Officer

DUTIES
Call and Client Management;
Managing the Chief Executive Officer’s diary efficiently;
Management of selected meetings;
Carrying out background research and presenting findings to the Chief Executive Officer;
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing using a variety of software packages;
Providing Secretarial services to all Council committees
Planning, organizing and managing official events;
Responsible for the organization’s e-emails and dedicated telephone line, in line with ease of doing business.

REQUIREMENTS
A Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management or any related programme.
5 Ordinary level passes including English Language.
Have at least 2 years work experience in similar environment;
Administration experience in the public sector is an added advantage;
Must be computer literate;
Clean class 4 driver’ license.
At least 25 years.
