Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above post.
DUTIES
Managing and maintaining the CEO’s diary of appointments.
Preparing presentations for the CEO.
Organising meetings, conferences and special events.
Providing secretarial and administrative services to the CEO.
Managing business travel arrangements for the CEO and other officials and consolidating trip returns for CEO.
Assisting with preparation of Board documentation and compiling Board minutes.
Facilitating the procurement of goods and services required by the Corporation.
Maintaining and issuing stores items to user departments.
Recording minutes at strategic planning workshops and producing the strategic plan document.
Supervise supportive staff.
Maintaining accurate record of documents.
Attending to visitors.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Administration or equivalent.
Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Studies an added advantage.
Certificate/Diploma in Procurement is an added advantage.
A clean Class 4 Driver’s licence an added advantage.
At least 2 years’ experience in similar position.
