Purpose of the Job
This job exists to offer comprehensive support to multiple general management leaders. This role requires experience in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks and ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This is a fast-paced position that requires flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and efficiency, with a high lev`2el of professionalism and confidentiality.

2. Reporting Structure:
Reporting To: Managing Director and GMT
Supervision Of: Managers and Supervisors
Interacts With: All Staff Members
3. Supervisory Controls:
The position is supervised through:
· Ad-hoc reports
· Reports- daily
· Meetings – weekly
· Performance appraisals
The position supervises its subordinates through:
· Daily reports.
5. Attributes Required:

6. Principal Accountabilities:
· Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitates the General Management Teams’ ability to effectively lead the company.
· Assists in running special projects.
· Produces regular and ad-hoc reports.
· Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters of the General Management Team.
· Maintains the diary and arranges appointments as and when necessary.
· Maintains the office filing system.
· Runs errands as requested.
· Plans travel, including flights and accommodation.
· Drafts correspondence such as emails and letters.
· Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
7. Minimum Hiring Standards:
Education:
· Degree in Office Administration/ Diploma in Secretarial studies.
· At least 5 years’ experience.
· High command of Microsoft packages.
· Clean Class 4 driver’s license
