Job Position: Part-Time Property Negotiator (Harare)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new properties for sales and rental markets
- Conduct property viewings and assessments
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential property sellers and buyers
- Generate leads and expand the company’s property portfolio
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property acquisition
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
