Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, skilled & experienced pack-shed Supervisor with two years experience to join our team in Marondera
Key Responsibilities:
- Labour budgeting and forecasting
- Global Gap and SMETA standards
- Controlling quality of Local and Export orders
- Supervising graders in the Packshed
- Marking daily attendance register
- Reporting for all daily, weekly and monthly farm stocks
- Reporting for all daily, weekly and monthly production figures
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A recognized Horticulture qualification and 2 years of experience with traceable reference
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
