Local Pharmacy
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions available in a pharmacy.
Position: Over The Counter Consultant X 2
Location: HARARE
Responsibilities:
- Receiving dispensed prescriptions and drugs from the Pharmacist, and delivering them to customers.
- Providing accurate advice to customers on medication usage under the Pharmacist’s direct supervision.
- Operating the cash register accurately and handling money securely.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by suggesting relevant sale items.
- Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors and telephone callers with professionalism.
- Offering guidance on medications, prescriptions, and over-the-counter drugs in compliance with professional standards and legal regulations.
Educational/Professional Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency languages: Shona and English.
