Position: Experienced Over The Counter Consultant
Location: Harare

Responsibilities:

• Receiving dispensed prescriptions and drugs from the Pharmacist, and delivering them to customers.
• Providing accurate advice to customers on medication usage under the Pharmacist’s direct supervision.
• Operating the cash register accurately and handling money securely.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by suggesting relevant sale items.
• Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors and telephone callers with professionalism.
• Offering guidance on medications, prescriptions, and over-the-counter drugs in compliance with professional standards and legal regulations.

Educational/Professional Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 O’ Levels including Mathematics and English.
• MINIMUM 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency languages: Shona and English.
