Job description:
A prominent player in the Human Resource & Business Consultancy Sector is looking to hire an experienced and qualified Organizational Development Consultant
Responsibilities:.
- Contributing to designing, raising awareness, implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring performance management results and producing monthly reports for review by the Human Resources Manager.
- Developing and implementing performance improvement and capacity building plans.
- Identifying Learning and Development needs within the organization through job analysis, performance management review and regular consultation with line managers and human resources.
- Conduct job evaluation exercises
- Designing and expanding Training and Development programs based on the needs of the individual or team and organization
- Contributing to the development of organizational development policies and procedures to ensure they are relevant, up to date and reflective of best practice.
- Contributing to the restructuring of departments when need arises to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of training matrix and budget throughout the year.

Manage industrial relations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Relations /Employee Relations
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 3 years experience in organizational development and industrial relations
