Our client is looking for an Operations Manager for their Manufacturing Division. The Operations Manager will be reporting to the Group CEO.
DUTIES
The Operations Executive will be responsible for defining the scope of the projects in collaboration with senior management.
Creating work plans, determining resources required to complete projects.
Developing schedules for project completion and reviewing them with senior management.
Authorizing adequate material requisition, planning and organizing work and read and interpret plans and specifications.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for preparing offsite manufacturing process, leading and directing all production staff.
Write reports on the projects for management and other stakeholders and oversee the implementation of divisional operational strategy as well as growing the customer base for the division.
REQUIREMENTS
Class One Journeyman, general management development course/management diploma/degree.
Post graduate qualifications such as MBA;
MBL. Strong negotiating skills and accounting knowledge with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related or similar post.
