Job description

A well established organization in the tourism and hospitality sector is looking for a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to manage various aspects of the company’s operations, including logistics, customer service, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Logistics management
Customer service management
Human resource management
Financial management
Risk management and compliance
Strategic planning and development
Supplier relations management

Qualifications

Holder of a second level degree in Tourism and Leisure Activities or equivalent
Professional qualification in business management or leadership
5 years’ experience in Operations of a destination Management Company at senior management level
