Our client in the transport sector in Zimbabwe, is looking for a young, energetic, and experienced candidate to join their team based in Harare, Zimbabwe
The Successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Account Management (Debtors and Creditors)
- Identify ways to improve truck flow within the depot and on route.
- Implement new strategies to maintain and repair trucks, increasing performance, consumption, etc…
- Tyre Management
- Driver Management
- Manage import and export documentation
- Fuel Management
- Budgets
- Reporting
- Health and Safety management
- Security management both within the depot (including buildings) and all vehicles.
Requirements
- More than 10 years experience in managing fleets of over 200 trucks
- Experience in cross border transport is essential
- Logistics qualifications would be an added advantage
- Willing to relocate to Zimbabwe
- Zimbabwe work permit or Residency would be an added advantage
