Our client in the eCommerce industry is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Marketplace Business Operations team as 2IC . Fast-paced environment requiring someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. In this role you will be expected to be agile, flexible and good at multi-tasking.
Role & Responsibilities
• Drive world class, error free, customer focused website content and usability.
• Manage the timely upload and optimization of new arrival products and stock.
• Manage the deployment of digital content across both website and app.
• Manage training sessions and learnings for all onboarding staff.
• Monitor performance of each on boarder taking note of their strengths and weaknesses and how to improve these.
• Ensure relevant brand guidelines are adhered to ensure the websites accurately portrays the brands.
• Complete basic testing and quality assurance of all digital content produced.
• Liaise with Marketing on new brands and products.
• Maintain records of work for all Catalogue Specialists.
• Monitor, review work hours and tasks for all Catalogue Specialists.
• Evaluate and improve on current practices, automate common processes, and take the initiative to improve current business
Qualifications
• At least 3+ years of experience in a management role.
• Experience within an e-commerce marketplace business will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge and hands on experience with web technologies – HTML, and basic coding technical skills, will be highly regarded.
• High attention to detail
• Advanced communication skills
