Job description:
Are you passionate about real estate and asset management? Do you have a keen eye for detail and love ensuring everything is in its right place? We’re looking for someone like you to join our team as an Enablement Officer, focusing on Real Estate Services. You’ll be responsible for recording, tracking, and monitoring our fixed assets, ensuring they’re well-maintained and accurately depreciated. Your role will be pivotal in managing Stanbic Bank’s assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring our asset register is always up-to-date.
Minimum qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree in Real Estate. Built Environment or a relevant qualification.
Experience required
Lease management 3-4 years’ experience
We’re searching for a professional with experience in lease management, property valuation reviews, and conducting feasibility studies for acquisitions and new developments. If you excel at reviewing contracts, preparing reports, and overseeing property inspections and maintenance, we want to hear from you!
