Job Summary
The Zimbabwe School of Mines is a mining School in Zimbabwe that provides a higher education qualification in mining by providing competency-based training for high-caliber, hands-on technicians. Therefore, a high need to manage and maintain a conducive environment free from health hazards to ensure good health for the staff and students.
Position Description Job Title: Office Orderly.
Reporting to: Head HR & Administration. Closing Date: 19 December 2022 Location: Bulawayo.
Duties and Responsibilities
The position reports to Head HR & Administration Manager. Duties and responsibilities shall entail
Cleaning offices.
Deliver and collect mail, and documents in different offices.
Do reprographic work including duplicating, collating, stapling, and scanning, different forms used in the organization.
Preparation of room and documents/folders for meetings.
Prepare and serve refreshments when required.
Collect and distribute stationery and office supplies as required.
Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
5 “O”-Levels including English.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Strong knowledge of the School is an added advantage.
Superior communication skills in English.
