A renewable energy company is looking for an administrator with experience in the industrial sector to join their team in January 2023.

DUTIES
Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for all staff.
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Manages reception area and looks after visitors

Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
Manages staff expense requests
Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Assists with project management resources
Manages outgoing post and records data on project deliveries

Printing and Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
Attends workshops and conferences when requested
May take care of website functions and social media profiles
Monitoring of Sales and marketing activities
Management of partners, contractors and internal staff

REQUIREMENTS
Office Administration course
Accounting software course
Training or an associate degree.
3 yrs Experience on office administration
Computer skills (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Technical background will be advantageous
Industrial market background will be advantageous
Located in Harare, Zimbabwe
Driver’s Licence = Advantageous
Age 30-50 years
NB: Accounting software experience and knowledge is essential
