Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gweru for an Office Administrator who can read and communicate in Chinese. The Office Administrator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Experience with office software (e.g. MS Office)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in the retail industry with a sales background.
