Job Summary
Cimas is a medical aid society whose purpose is to inspire heathier communities by providing global standard health and wellness solutions. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas is searching for a hardworking and reliable Nurse Aide to join the organization and provide unique, comprehensive, and quality health care to our clients through cleaning Clinic instruments, beds, changing linen, file and retrieve patient records in line with the infection control standard operating procedure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Performing daily damp dusting and tidying of rooms as per infection control policy.
Carrying out sterilization of packs used for various procedures.
Changing Clinic linen as per infection control policy.
Retrieving and storing patient files in the filing room in line with records management system.
Attending to patients who need mobility assistance to respective rooms through wheelchair.
Providing client feedback to the Nurse.
Making available all necessary stationery in Doctors’ rooms.
Key Competences
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to plan, organize and execute their work to achieve set goals and objectives. Effective communication and time management skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with a team of diverse professionals.
Qualifications
5 Ordinary Level passes.
Certificate in Nurse Aide
