NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE TRANSPORTERS FOR 2024
The Cotton Company of Zimbabwe (COTTCO) is urgently looking for haulage service providers with the following truck tonnages: 7,10,15,20, and 30 to move seed cotton bales from Buying Points and Transit Depots to the following Ginnery Depots: Chinhoyi, Chiredzi, Gokwe, and Muzarabani, Interested TRANSPORTERS 2024 should submit company profiles consisting of the following documents for registration:
Letter of introduction
Certificate of incorporation, CR14; CR6
Valid operator’s license
Certified copies of registration books (horses and trailers)
Valid certificate of fitness
Trade history / Reference (from at least 1 reputable company, reference from Cottco is acceptable)
Tax clearance certificate; VAT registration certificate
Banking details (Both USD & ZIG)
Proof of ownership of truck/s
Declaration of conflict of interest (If you or your relative are employed by Cottco)
State the Business Units/Depot/s that you are located
The documents must be submitted as BOUND booklets, before or on the 27th of May 2024 at Cottco Head Office, 1 Lytton Road, Workington, Harare or at the nearest depot for onward submission to Head Office, addressed to Procurement Management Unit Department.
