My LinkPoint: Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content tailored to our diverse audience segments.
Community Engagement: Foster active participation within our online communities, ensuring a vibrant and supportive environment.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities that align with our mission.
Partnership Development: Identify and establish collaborations with businesses, influencers, and potential sponsors.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Competent Certification in Marketing/Media or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year experience in marketing, preferably within the Zimbabwean market.
Social media and digital marketing expertise an added advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with the Zimbabwean market and cultural context is advantageous.
