Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles sold&serviced by us, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, including engine and transmission problems
- Conduct safety inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective workshop operations
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a motor mechanic(related working experience with Chinese brand trucks preferred)
- Certificate in Motor Mechanics (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Traceable references from previous employers
