Job Summary

The incumbent shall be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The purpose of the job is to support the development and implementation of appropriate strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation processes and systems within the State-Owned Enterprise in line with overall organizational Strategic intent using the Integrated Results Based Management system.

Strategic Plan Management
Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of Strategic Plan
Facilitation and co-ordination role in conducting projects output/outcome/impact implementation monitoring and evaluation.
Planning, Co-ordination, Reporting and Data Analysis
Performance Management and Compliance Reporting
Capacity Building
Project Management
Knowledge and skills
Strategic planning structural thinking with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to analyse, monitor and evaluate individual and organisational performance.
Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis and report writing.
Ability to enforce compliance to the requirements of monitoring and evaluation to the IRBM system.
Effective team working and networking skills.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Degree in Business Studies, Economics or Social Sciences
At least 5 years in a program design and development, program monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building using the IRBM system.
