MILLWRIGHT
Applications are invited for the MILLWRIGHT vacancy that has arisen within
Baker’s Inn Manufacturing – Northern Region, Harare.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include
but are not limited to the following:

Ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and effectively.
Testing, calibrating, installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing
equipment and monitoring devices.
Performing general maintenance on machinery and related plant systems.
Ensuring that the plant and machinery always comply with NSSA safety
regulations.
Understanding, interpreting, and implementing quality standards for machinery.
Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and ensuring timely repairs.

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be in possession of the following minimum qualifications: –

National Certificate in Millwright Work.
Millwright Class 1 Journeyman Card.
At least 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience in the food or bakery industry
(Experience with bread slicing machines is an added advantage).
Computer literacy.
Membership in a professional body is an added advantage.
A clean Class 4 Driver’s license is an added advantage.
