Ecocash Holdings, a diversified digital solutions Group is looking to hire a dynamic
Merchant Operations Officer to join its team. You will be responsible for complying with
all policies and innovative digital payments business solution that will assist in improving
our customer experience and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities
✓ To implement EcoCash enterprise digital payment strategy
✓ Research and Analyse latest technologies and provide input to support strategy.
✓ Determines the content and structure of EWPL board reports detailing the
performance areas of the business.
✓ Carries out ongoing evaluation of new staff and trainees, identifying performance
strengths and deficiencies and arranges for necessary action.
✓ Monitors channel partners transacting patterns and informs the stakeholders
where there are gaps together with facilitating pre-agreed stimulating activities.
✓ To ensure customer satisfaction.
✓ Identifies gaps in branding and provide input based on market feedback.
✓ Analyses business processes and makes recommendations to align with business
plan.
✓ Ensures effective and smooth closing of projects by proving final deliverables,
release project resources and determine success of the project.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience
✓ A Commercial Degree or equivalent (Sales, Marketing, Banking and Finance).
✓ professional qualification in Banking or Commerce related.
✓ 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar or related environment.
✓ Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
✓ Interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to interact at all levels within the
organisation and with external parties.
✓ Exposure within IT environment.
