Meat & More is a leading supplier of high-quality meat and related products to retail and wholesale customers. We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to join our team and drive sales growth.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our meat and related products to retail and wholesale customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the meat industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
3. Build and maintain relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
5. Create and execute promotional campaigns (digital, print, and events).
6. Manage social media platforms and content.
7. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
8. Develop marketing materials (brochures, flyers, catalogs).
9. Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
10. Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI.
Requirements:
1. Bachelorโs degree in marketing or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the meat industry.
3. Proven track record in sales and marketing.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
7. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, and social media advertising).
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience with CRM software.
2. Knowledge of the retail and wholesale meat markets.
3. Certification in marketing (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics).
