The ideal incumbent must be a talented. results-oriented, and well-rounded Marketer with a proven passion for both the ‘art. and ‘admin. of the Marketing function. The incumbent must also be highly organized and able to simultaneously handle multiple projects in a fast passed environment to meet tight deadlines.
Job Purpose
Supports the Marketing Manager by coordinating the marketing activities of Dandemutande in the broad areas of advertising and promotions. research. brand management. public relations. digital marketing and product management.

Conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring campaigns and promotions to achieve the strategic objectives of the Business.
Organizing, coordinating. and managing Dandemutande events, activations, and exhibitions.
Social media management for growth and increased engagement.
Content creation for Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line initiatives.
Public Relations including drafting. coordinating and implementing internal and external communication materials such as press releases, editorials. speeches, newsletters, and scripts in addition to attending events.

Conducting competitor research and marketing analysis to provide actionable insights and input for decision making.
Liaising with internal departments to promote initiatives.
Ensuring that marketing plans are executed according to project timelines.
Demand generation of Dandemutande products.

A first degree in Marketing or equivalent.
A Digital Marketing or Journalism qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Excellent written and verbal English in addition to possessing great communication skills.
Exceptional creative skills coupled with a great eye for detail.
Excellent research skills particularly as these apply to Marketing.
