Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support:Answer customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and Twitter.
- Provide information about Magetsi’s services, assist with troubleshooting, and resolve issues promptly.
- Telemarketing: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Magetsi’s services.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Assist the Marketing and Sales team with various activities, including digital marketing campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and market research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service
- Experience in telemarketing or a sales environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
