Position: Marketing and Sales Associate
Location: 75% Remote, Bulawayo | Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Create engaging marketing content (flyers, social media posts, ads).
- Manage social media pages and run online marketing campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential customers through digital and direct sales.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to improve strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and sales.
- Ability to design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup environment.
- Bonus: Experience in edtech, SaaS, or business software marketing.
