MANAGER, MARKETING
Reports to: Director, International Affairs, Marketing and
Communications
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and marketing the University
brand to create brand awareness. - Responsible for marketing the University’s programmes,
products and services. - Ensure a uniform application of the University’s brand
identity across all marketing materials, communications and
digital platforms. - Contribute to the creation, execution and assessment of a
comprehensive annual marketing plan encompassing social
media, print, digital content and email marketing. - Create advertisements and content that gain public trust,
encourages public participation in website promotional
content and brings the public to the website. - Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure
effective resource allocation - Oversee and synchronise activities of Marketing and Liaison
Ofcers across Faculties. - Plan and organise the University’s participation in exhibitions
to ensure effective representation and promotion of
academic programs, products and services.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing /Public
Relations/Media Studies or related field - A Master’s degree preferably in a related field
- A Digital Marketing qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-4 years of directly-related professional work
experience and expertise in strategic communications and
marketing, crisis communications - Proficiency in Digital marketing
- Be exible and a self-starter; able to manage multiple
concurrent projects while also being highly detail-oriented
with an attention to quality;
