Job Description
EcoCash Holdings is looking for a versatile and dynamic Manager- Business Intelligence & Performance, to join its Econet Life Team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business achieves its goals of financial soundness and sustainability through providing insights and recommendations on business performance based on data analytics of past, current, and future performance of products, initiatives, and processes. Moreover, the role also serves to ensure that all the product processes and products remain competitive and align to the global technology trends.

Key Responsibilities
Conducts research on Econet Life business environments and produces a SWOT analysis report and recommending on the best approach for new projects, initiatives etc.
Identifies, collects, cleans, and analyze data related to business performance.
Provides business assumptions for financial planning purposes.
Ensures that daily and weekly business performance reports are compiled, updated, and circulated and key concern arrears are highlighted.
Develops and ensures Econet Life dashboards are still relevant and adhering to regulatory requirements and to track the performance of key performance indicators.

Co-ordinates Econet Life projects and liaises with internal and external stakeholders in line with project plan.
Facilitate for training of both internal and external stakeholders on any newly implemented or revised processes.
Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for the company.

Required skills
A Masters’ degree in computer science, financial engineering, statistics or any related field
Data modelling and visualization
Deep knowledge of business acumenData Analysis
