Maintenance Supervisor
A renowned utilities company seeks to recruit a suitably qualified Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement planned maintenance for all company equipment and client installations.
- Develop and design new products and services.
- Design and carry out installations on Water Treatment, Electricals and Solar PV systems.
- Supervise and commission utilities installations.
- Develop timeous proposals and respond to RFQs.
- Plan, coordinate and implement refuse collection programs.
- Prepare service operational reports and record customer complaints.
- Supervise and control work activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and requirements.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
- Knowledge in PV Solar Systems, Water Engineering and Project Management is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in SHEQ Legal Requirements and the Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
