WILLBEY SOLUTIONS
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Loans Officers to join our organisation. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Small Medium Enterprises (SME) lending and a passion for supporting local businesses.

OPEN POSITION
Position: Loans Officer
Location: Bindura, Mutare, Masvingo and Gweru

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive SME lending business by developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Utilize business development skills to identify and engage potential SME clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the lending process.
Conduct thorough credit appraisals and manage loan portfolios effectively.
Enforce a 100% collection rate by implementing effective repayment strategies:
Retain clients through exceptional service and support.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in SME lending and business development.
Strong problem-solving skills related to lending challenges faced by SME clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, Shana or Ndebele.
A degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, or any other related field.
