Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Business development of the SME portfolio
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Perform comprehensive SME credit evaluation and underwriting
- Efficiently manage the SME loan portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification in credit management is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit management, managing SMEs.
Job Skills and Competencies
- Excellent SME business development skills.
- Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
- Good client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in credit management software and tools.
