LOAN OFFICERS
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Business development of the MSME portfolio
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Perform comprehensive MSME credit evaluation and underwriting efficiently
- Manage SME loan portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification in credit management is on advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in credit management managing MSMES
Job Skills and Competencies
- Excellent MSMEs business development skills
- Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
- Good client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in credit management softwares and tools
