A startup company is seeking dynamic Loans Officers with extensive experience in Micro Small Medium Enterprises lending.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Business development of the MSME portfolio
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Perform comprehensive MSME credit evaluation efficiently
- Manage SME loan portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification in credit management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in credit management managing MSMEs.
Job Skills and Competencies
- Excellent MSMEs business development skill.
- Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
- Good client relationship management abilities.
- Good with excel and loan management software
