Loan Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and Implements Sales Strategies to achieve lending targets
- Actively promotes loan products and secure new clients.
- Identifies and develop new business opportunities
- Receives and processes loan applications
- Grows a quality and performing loan portfolio.
- Conducts outreaches to promote the uptake of company products.
- Monitors and ensures default ratios are in line with the credit policies
- Produces relevant reports to track product performance.
- Performs any other related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years’ experience in Sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services sector
- Familiarity with loan products
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding set targets
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing
- Clean class 4 driver’s license.
