Legal Intern (Graduate Position)
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Position Type: 3-Month Internship | In-House | Possibility of Extension
K.S.K. Engineering, a leader in Gear Box Manufacturing, Machine Shop Engineering, and
Process Drive Specialisation, is seeking a recently registered Legal Practitioner to join our
team as an In-House Legal Intern. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal graduate to
gain hands-on legal experience, working closely with our external legal partners and
Company Secretary on a range of civil legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and monitoring ongoing civil litigation involving the company.
- Liaise with the company’s outsourced law firm regarding strategy, updates, and
documentation. - Support the Company Secretary with legal compliance, regulatory filings, and
corporate governance. - Organise legal documents, maintain case files, and handle internal legal
correspondence. - Provide general legal support across departments as needed.
Requirements:
- LLB degree and must be a registered legal practitioner in Zimbabwe.
- Sound knowledge of Zimbabwean civil law and procedures.
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, confident, and a collaborative team player.
