Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a Master’s or MPhil Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or
cognate discipline, passed with a Merit or better, and a Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring
and Evaluation or a Special Honours Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation passed with a
Grade 2.1 or better.
A PhD in Social Sciences or related field will be a distinct advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Teach modules in the following areas: Programme Planning and Management; Public
Policy and Public Policy Evaluation; Evaluation Planning and Management; Gender and
Development Economics.
Supervise students’ research projects.
Supervise post graduate students on attachment.
Attract consultancy opportunities.
Participate in outreach activities with the social services sector;
Participate in income generation;
Ability to innovate and facilitate service delivery
