Department of Property Studies and Urban Design
Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) and a Masters Degree in the following
disciplines: Urban Design; Urban Planning; Architecture; Property Development and Estate
Management; Landscape Architecture; Construction Technology, Environmental Design, Housing
and Infrastructure Planning. PhD holders or candidates carry an added advantage.
NB: Candidates with previous or current University experience are encouraged to apply.
