The University seeks to recruit applicants with requisite qualifications, skills and experience for the following posts in the Faculty of The Built Environment.

Qualifications :

Applicants must have at least a degree in Rural and urban planning or Town Planning plus a Master’s Degree or MPhil in Property Studies, Rural and Urban Planning or Town Planning, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, or Construction Economics. A PhD in Property Studies, Rural and Urban Planning or Town Planning, and/ or registration with a professional body will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

Successful candidates should be capable of teaching the following: Principles of Town Planning, Construction Law, Construction Economics, Construction Materials, Research Skills.
