Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Biology education and or equivalent from a recognised institution;
A PhD in Biology Education, a proven track record of research publication in refereed journals and at list two (2) years of University teaching experience are definite advantages;
Applicants studying towards a PhD in Biology Education would also be considered for the post.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate shall be expected to:

Teach Biology Education courses at undergraduate and post graduate levels;
Contribute to the achievement of the University mandate through University teaching, research, community engagement, innovation and industrialization;
Supervise projects and dissertations at all levels;
Carry out research individually and in clusters;
Assess and supervise students on Teaching Practice and carry out extension work.
